Whenever we hear about new technology, we try to see which companies have adapted them in their daily operations. Has it helped them improve their functioning? These case studies help us trust the technologies.

In the last blog, we saw new technology by Microsoft, called PowerApps, and its outstanding user benefits. Thus, in this blog let’s see how Addend Analytics, integrated PowerApps to improve its process.

Addend Analytics is already a Microsoft Gold and Silver partner in a short duration. It has acquired trust of the clients within no time and its growing in team size day by day. When we talk of increasing the team, it becomes tedious task to train and track the trainings of the employees. Thus, to make the training process smoother and faster we adopted the PowerApps by Microsoft.

In the last blog we saw the benefits of PowerApps. How it does not require coding knowledge, was the key factor for Addend. Our 2 talented PowerApps and Power Automate interns have built this training app.

They gathered the data from management, on how the company wants to train employees. The training needs and training mediums were rigorously discussed within the team. Then the training topics were allocated to the team members.

As we saw in the previous blog, one of the benefits of the PowerApps is, it can be easily maintained by the employees. This feature was used by Addend. When employee themselves take initiatives of their training, half the training goal is achieved. Now, the app is in the final stage and as a team, we all are excited to use it internally and become example in front of the world!
