Formulating a Plan & Structure
This is a discovery stage. Once you sign the proposal, our team member or account manager will get in touch with you immediately and initiate the delivery process.
Planning The Architecture
An Agile project usually starts with a discovery phase whose main goal is to start building the Business Central Architecture by working with you and compiling the past requirements. In this way, we fully define the high-level requirements and scope for the project. These requirements become the prioritized official document for our team to work upon the Delivery Methodology
Our Delivery Methodology
Sprint Planning
A session at the beginning of the sprint to determine what in the requirement document can be done in the upcoming sprint and how to get it done.
Daily Scrums (stand-ups)
A daily 15-minute meeting for each team member to report on progress towards the sprint goal
Sprint Review
A demo to you on the last day of the sprint (mostly on weekly basis) to show what was accomplished during the sprint. A project status report will be emailed to you after the completion of each sprint.
Sprint Retrospective
An opportunity for the Scrum team to discover what went well and what didn’t during the sprint in order to keep improving every sprint.
Testing
It is very important for an agile project to be less risk-prone, and this is done by detecting defects at the earlier stage. We provide end-to-end testing that verifies that various user flows work as expected. This is followed by Performance testing which checks the behavior of the system when it is under significant load. Owing to this rigorous testing process, our implementation has not yet encountered a single failure.
Go Live
If at this point, you are happy that all your processes can be worked through without a glitch, then we can go live with the systems. You go live and we hang around for a while to provide support to your users as they embark on a new journey with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Post Go Live Support & Training
We will have certain number of hours allocated for a while to support your team members to get familiar with the new Business Central ERP platform. We will then propose you an MSA – Managed Services Agreement, wherein we reserve our technical team members for you each month so that you can leverage them for minute updates or modifications.
