1) Needs Assessments
The first stage in project development and implementation strategy is a needs assessment. A needs assessment often starts with a thorough analysis of the existing process. This analysis will serve to identify shortcomings in the existing processes or possible areas of improvement. Having identified a need for improvement, analysis of the data available, our team will carve out the entire plan for the data migration.
2) Implementation of Upgrade
The implementation process is the second major step in the Business Central (Navision) upgrade methodology, following the testing process. At this stage, we will commence the actual data migration and upgradation work process required and this takes around 4-6 months depending on the project size. It is at this stage, we work along with you in the sprint and agile work methodology, wherein you are also informed of all the milestones.
The testing process is the third major step in the technology project development and implementation methodology, following the development process. Each sprint and the milestone go through the rigorous testing methods and this is the final step for each ending milestone.
